What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form, we collect your name, company name, email, phone and the content of your message. When you visit the website, the technical data described on the Cookies page is collected.

Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote, based on your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract.
• Performance of contracts with clients.
• Compliance with legal obligations, for example keeping invoices.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to reply and for any subsequent cooperation, and then delete it. Data we must keep by law is kept for the statutory period.

Who has access

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers we work with (hosting, email and, with your consent, Google Analytics) may have access, under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
